We offer fast, tracked delivery to all major cities and regional areas across Australia.


• Standard Shipping | $9.95 | Arrives in 2–7 business days

• Express Shipping | $15 | Arrives in 1–3 business days

Orders over $150 will receive free standard shipping Australia-wide.


Dispatch Times

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our head office.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Notes

All parcels require a signature on delivery unless you request otherwise at checkout. If you’re not home, your parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Paintbox products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
